Thank goodness this room didn’t need anything more than a facelift. But what a difference! Painting the ceiling was my favorite change. I wish I could say I chose the colors myself using my keen eye for what looks good together, but instead I just went to Lowes and grabbed the color swatches they picked to look good together. I partially painted the ceiling blue and the rest white and light grey because my friend had just gotten done saying how much she loved that accent walls were no longer a trend because she thought they were ugly. I happen to like accent walls so I decided to one up her and have an accent ceiling.

Since I would be renting this room out for Airbnb I also added some other amenities to make it more comfortable.
